Today, the Ministry of Economy published the four names of the companies which are interested in buying the Distribution Power Unit, part of KESH. The interested companies are the Italian company ENEL, the Austrian companies EVN and Energie Steiermark AG, and the Czech CEZ.
Vice-Minister of Economy, Neritan Alibali declared the pre-qualifying phase has closed. After this phase, the companies will be assessed by the Assessment Commission. The tender is expected to be organized in September and 51-76% of the shares are expected to be sold.
