Johann Offner Holzindustrie is 250 years old and currently under the management of the 8th generation of the family. It has one of the biggest and most modern sawmills in Europe. Raw materials for the timber planing industry, window and flooring producers, glue laminated products, KVH products and log buildings are produced as well as construction materials, square section timber and packaging materials. Sawmill output for 2010 was approx. 650,000 solid cubic metres of round logs, corresponding to approx. 400,000 m³ of sawn timber. Distribution of the sawn timber takes place in Austria, Italy, Germany, Slovenia, France, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Albania, the Middle East, Romania, Israel, North Africa, the Arabian countries, China, India and Japan.
