The Austria Showcase "Technologies and Infrastructure for Municipalities" will take place on October 20, 2009 in Sofia. In the course of this event, 19 Austrian companies will present know-how and products which can be used for numerous municipality projects in.
To put it in a nut shell, the topics as follows will be covered with companies on site and their presentations:
- sewage, waste water treatment plants, flood protection
- waste disposal and treatment, waste separation, waste deposit construction
- drinking water supply, waterproofing
- municipal energy and heat supply, biomass firing plants
- construction of public baths
- plastic and cast iron pipes and fittings for water, sewage and gas distribution networks
- measurement technology for water
- road renovation and ground stabilisation
- planning and engineering for municipal projects, services for municipalities
- tourism consulting
The opening will take place on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 9.00 am at the Hotel Holiday Inn (Business Park Sofia, Boulevard Alexander Malinov 111) in the Conference Room Vitosha 2. The event will be opened by Bulgarian and Austrian official representatives. Afterwards the participating Austrian companies will give short presentations about their offers and will be available for meetings with interested Bulgarian companies and representatives of public entities.
