The Austria Showcase "Traffic Infrastructure" will take place on March 17, 2010 in Sofia. In the course of this event, Austrian companies will present know-how and products which can be used for numerous traffic infrastructure projects.
The following topics are covered with companies on site and their presentations:
Road:
- road safety, noise protection elements, retaining walls
- emergency call centres, LED street lighting
- bridge bearings and deck joints
- toll collection systems, transport telematics solutions, traffic management
- reflective road marking materials, LED-message signs and signal heads
- piling and pile driving technology, drilling
- construction and repair of channels, pipes and roads, trenchless technology, dry mortar
- road reconstruction, soil stabilisation, impulse soil compaction
Rail:
- cable and sleeve troughs
- turnout systems, drive units and monitoring systems
- interior equipment for wagons, train and metro-stations and airports
- railway sleepers
The opening will take place on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 9.00 am at the Hotel Holiday Inn (Business Park Sofia, Boulevard Alexander Malinov 111) in the Conference Room Vitosha 2. The event will be opened by Bulgarian and Austrian official representatives.
Afterwards the participating Austrian companies will give short presentations about their offers and will be available for meetings with interested Bulgarian companies and representatives of public entities.
