1) NSAID: LORNOXICAM – New indication ( First market approval 1997, distributed worldwide ):„Lornoxicam and Analoga for the Prevention and/or Healing of Alzheimer`s Disease and Arteriosclerosis“ . EU Patent : EP 1 626 726 B1 of 2006 . Phase II-studies in AD running in Europe. proof-of concept studies performed on arteriosclerosis/ cardiovascular diseases.

2) NICOTINICA – Compounds against „ Diseases of the central nervous system ( from AD to ADHD )“. EU Patent EP 1740 585 of 2009 . Patent China ZL 2005 800 13534.7 of 2010 .

Patents applied for in USA, Canada, Russia and Japan. Synthesized Pro-Drug Compound and compound pool available. Licences will be granted in return for a fixed fee, an undertaking for further development (studies) and participation in proceeds of future licence payments (upside). We are accordingly seeking Patent Exploitation Funds / Investors / Venture Capital.
