Vienna’s living standard ranks first in worldwide comparison, according to a new survey conducted by the leading HR advisor Mercer. The survey covers 215 cities and is mainly based on infrastructure (incl. electricity supply, water availability, public transport provision, etc), economic performance, health and sanitation as well as environmental factors.
