Austrian Architecture in Hong Kong
Symposium & Exhibition, 14th September 2011
The symposium “Energy and Density” responds to the Austrian travelling exhibition “Form and Energy” by gathering architects, researchers, and developers to elaborate further on the topic of sustainable design. Against the background of their experiences in European and Asian contexts, panelists will locate the topic of sustainability topographically, culturally and technologically, and share their insights on forms and possibilities of practising sustainable architecture and urban design.

The Austrian Travelling Exhibition “Form & Energy” displays a selection of projects from various building sectors which realize innovative construction using renewable materials and which offer sustainable concepts for urban planning and architecture in the areas of education, culture, sports, trade, industry, and communication.
