At Haché Gourmet Burger in Copenhagen your burger comes with Austrian organic meat.

Burgers are popular in Denmark. Along with new eating habits the Danes ask for better quality and gourmet burgers. The new restaurant Haché Gourmet Burger in Copenhagen has taken up this trend and serves traditional as well as new style gourmet burgers. Jacob Schottländer, the owner of Haché Gourmet Burger, made a great effort to find the best meat for his gourmet burgers. He tasted 30 different meat products from all over the world. After a thorough evaluation he decided to go for Austrian organic meat.
The Austrian meat used at Haché derives from cattle that were reared 100% naturally and organically on small rural family farms from the Salzburg area, who have group stables to secure maximum animal welfare. The cattle feed on natural pastures and a 100% organic feeding. No antibiotics, no feed additives and no pesticides are used.

Jacob Schottländer has been working on this new restaurant project for two years, and his inspiration comes from his working years in the UK, France and Australia - especially from the two British eating places Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Byron Burger .
