Take time for the 12th international cheese competition 6th-8th November 2014

Compete with international cheese makers and dairy professionals and take time to refresh taste and contacts.

The association of Cheese Makers and Dairy Professionals is organizing the 12th international cheese competition, the “Käsiade” from 6th to 8th November 2014 in Hopfgarten i. Brixental / Tyrol. The “Käsiade” is a competition between Austrian and international cheese makers and dairy professionals. The cheeses will be judged by an international jury. This year butter is also included at the competition.

The deadline for registration is 22nd October 2014.
