The Austrian Trade Commission has organised a catalogue exhibition at EBEC 2009. The European Biofuels Expo and Conference is the largest event of its kind in Europe and the the primary focus is biodiesel, biogas, wood energy and fuel from waste. Visitors across the whole bioenergy sector can learn about the latest market innovations, trends, future projections and legislation environments all in one place.

The bioenergy market is one of the fastest growing and fastest moving in the world today. If you are already involved in biofuel or bioenergy production or thinking about adopting bioenergy for your organisation, the European Biofuels Expo and Conference (EBEC) is your chance to explore all the latest innovations. EBEC is the only UK event that brings together biomass, biogas, energy from waste and biofuels sectors under one roof.

New for 2009 is a partnership with the Renewable Energy Association (REA) who will be bringing their annual Bioenergy Conference into the event. The REA will be organising a wide-ranging 4 or 5 stream Bioenergy Conference over 2 days (8th & 9th October 2009)

Over 200 stands will showcase the latest technology in the bioenergy markets. Some 10,000 visitors are expected over the 3 days.

Austria is widely considered to be one of the leading countries of the world in bioenergy technology, and the Austrian Trade Commission has set up a catalogue exhibition at EBEC 2009. The stand will feature a variety of technologies, including clean heating systems, biotechnological energy plants and wood gasification boilers.
