Space Group Architects host special anniversary event at The Austrian Trade Commission London

Space Group Architects
4. May 2012

In order to celebrate their fifth anniversary and to run in conjunction with London Festival of Architecture, Space Group Architects, founded by Austrian architect, Martin Gruenanger, are hosting a special event at The Austrian Trade Commission in London on 28th June.

The event will be centred around the concept of boxes and the space within them. Space Group have produced limited edition boxes containing special prints of ten different projects. Each print documents their unique and playful approach at the early design stage. The prints vary from a dichroic (colour changing) screen print of a sketch model to a photo of a Ferro fluid (fluid metal) façade prototype on acetate.

The event will be held in the picturesque rooms of the Austrian Trade Commission on Exhibition Road and will be accompanied by a lecture by Space Group Architects about The Future of Architecture – Martin Gruenanger will give a brief outlook at what can be expected between now and the 22nd Century. Their proposals for an inhabitable landscape city and the first gallery in space can be expected in the discussion.
