voestalpine UK Ltd. is looking for an Office Manager / Financial Manager

Essential Responsibilities

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Accounting (book keeping, analysis, reporting)
  • Accurate preparation of internal monthly financial reports (proper allocation and reporting of expenses in the P&L and assets, liabilities and equity in the Balance Sheet)
  • Cost analysis 
  • Operate in the most efficient and cost effective manner
  • Continuous improvement of internal systems
  • Assistant of the Managing director
  • Analysis and interpretation of the job to drive and implement changes
  • Organizational tasks
  • Office management (travel arrangements / expenses, organization of events, secretarial duties…)

Your Profile

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or similar
  • 3 years’ experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and a strong ability to learn
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities, sound business management skills, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Excellent German and English
