Belarus ready to consider new investment projects by Austrian ATEC

Austrian company ATEC, which invested in Yelizovo Glass Plant, is ready to build up its investments in the Belarusian economy up to USD 100 million

Austrian company ATEC, which invested in Yelizovo Glass Plant, is ready to build up its investments in the Belarusian economy up to USD 100 million, noted Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko during a session on the national glass industry development.
Alexander Lukashenko emphasised, the proposals of the Austrian company should be considered promptly. According to the Belarusian leader, in particular, the company may invest in building a plant to produce small glassware, including production of baby food glass containers, and a plant to produce extra thin and extra thick float glass. The Austrian company also expressed interest in raising the effectiveness of the quartz sand mine. According to the head of state, these projects look promising.
