Gantner Instruments establishes subsidiary in India 20. September 2008

Following the the increasing need for local support and service in India, Messrs. Gantner, who offer solutions for measurement and test application as well as long term and process monitoring, have established Gantner India Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai 
  

Gantner Instruments of Austriaspecializes in process monitoring and data logging instruments and devices used for electrical, thermal and mechanical measuring parameters. Individualized software packages are mainly used for component testing, engine testing as well as in automation sytems used in the process industry.

Gantner Instruments has formed Gantner Instruments India Pvt. Limited as a joint venture company with its long term partner in Chennai. The main reason for this was to meet the increasing need for local support and service in one of the fastest growing markets. Since the Gantner range of products for test and measurement applications and solutions are inclined towards R&D and focused on the automotive sector, India becomes an increasingly important region..
