In its 60-year history, Wolford has developed from a supplier of hosiery and body wear to an international fashion luxury brand with an extensive product portfolio.

Traditional craft - the art of knitting - refined with know-how and the ambition to always be a step ahead of the competition spurred on the company's drive for innovation and its expansion.

Wolford's core business of hosiery was gradually expanded into ready-to-wear clothes, lingerie, swimwear and accessories. This expansion went hand in hand with the economic development of the company as it progressively grew more successful.
On 14th February 1995, Wolford listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange with its "Lady Share". Today, Wolford is an internationally recognised fashion brand that combines highest quality, timeless elegance and luxury.

Globally, Wolford's collections are sold in approximately 65 countries through a network of its own shops as well as through retail partners and online sales.
