Japan is showing an increasing interest in Austria’s forestry industry. Austrian companies have developed equipment and know-how suited for managing forests in mountainous terrain, a geographical feature Austria is sharing with Japan.
More than a hundred Japanese experts visited this year’s AUSTROFOMA , one of Europe’s largest forest machinery fairs, and had an opportunity to observe equipment in action.
