Operational activities include the use of drones (unmanned aircraft vehicles UAV) and the fully automatic production of 3D city models. A production process and special software for automatic property and real estate evaluation of whole cities were developed in collaboration with Graz University of Technology.

MEIXNER operates worldwide with aerial photography aircraft equipped with Vexcel UltraCamXp camera systems; it owns two aircraft and has others available if required (including aircraft with pressurised cabins).
