Energy Globe Award MACEDONIA 2014

The Municipality of Kisela Voda Skopje received the Energy Globe Award for Macedonia. The award was handed over in the ceremony by the Commercial Section of the Austrian Embassy - Advantage Austria.

With 161 participating countries, the Energy Globe Award is today’s most prestigious environmental award. It is awarded annually to projects focusing on energy efficiency, renewable energies and the conservation of resources. The awards for these many projects are presented in their recipients’ individual countries in cooperation with the international offices of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.

Mr. Slavko Mitovski from the Municipality of Kisela Voda received the Energy Globe Award 2014 Macedonia for the project" Energetic renovation of the primary school Partenija Zografski".
The award ceremony took place on the 27 May 2014 in the primary school Partenija Zografski in Skopje.
The Austrian commercial attaché in Skopje, Mr. Gerhard Schlattl handed over this environmental award to Mr. Mitovski, consultant for energy in the municipality of Kisela Voda, Skopje.

The Energy Globe Foundation was founded in Austria in 1999. It is awarded annually to projects focusing on energy efficiency, renewable energies and the conservation of resources.
