Since January 16, Kapsch holds 21.47% of the outstanding shares in Q-Free Norwegian ASA.
Kapsch TrafficCom is an international supplier of innovative road traffic telematics solutions. The company acquired 11,047,017 shares in Q-Free at a price of NOK 10.00 per share, representing 20.47% of outstanding shares in Q-Free ASA.
