Austrian Michelin Star Chefs Karl and Rudi Obauer will tempt your tastebuds with culinary delights and fine Austrian wines at Brasserie Les Saveurs/St. Regis Hotel (30.10.-1.11.2009)
By fusing Austrian products with culinary inspirations from around the world, the Chefs Obauer unfold exciting new dimensions for familiar dishes with imagination and creativity. For their forthcoming visit, the Obauer brothers will present a menu inspired by ingredients of choice quality from their hometown Werfen (near Salzburg) such as trout, freshwater pike-perch and quail. Their innovative presentations will include smoked trout sausage, blueberry risotto and poppy seed flavour plums with beer ice cream and semolina soufflé. Each dish will be paired with carefully selected Austrian wines.
