Austria is European champion in e-Government
For the second time Austria was ranked first in the benchmarking study of e-Government services carried out in 2007. The broad-based survey contracted by the European Commission measured and compared the availability and quality of basic public services in 31 European countries (27 EU member states plus Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey).
