AUSTRIAN FOOD WEEKS AT THE FOOD EMPORIUM IN NEW YORK

3rd Austrian Showcase of Food & Beverages

After launching the first “Austrian Showcase” in 2008, Austria’s Taste of Nature will once again be presented at Manhattan´s The Food Emporium stores, where more than 100 products “made in Austria” will be introduced to the city’s gourmet audience.

Over the past years, the US food market has been strongly influenced by the nation’s increasing health consciousness and a strong trend towards organic and naturally produced food and beverages. Over the past couple of years, the market’s growing specialty food segment has already embraced Austria’s top-quality products and it is still ready for more: from May 21st till June 3rd, The Food Emporium store shelves will again be stocked with select Austrian products, ranging from fine cheese specialties to naturally produced oils, vinegars and mustards as well as the finest Austrian chocolate creations.
