Acquisition of Multi-Language Library and Operations Allows to Reach More People Worldwide, an online learning company, today announced its acquisition of video2brain, GmbH, a European-based online video training company that specializes in German-, French-, Spanish- and English-language courses. announced this acquisition less than one month after the news of its $103 million growth equity investment that positioned it for expanded opportunities in technology, content and international expansion.

Now a branded division of with a team of more than 60 people, video2brain provides an extensive multi-lingual library of 1,700 video courses covering many of the same categories as Based in Graz, Austria, the video2brain brand has over 400,000 subscribers who purchase access to the library either through individual and multi-user subscriptions, or through DVD and single-course downloads.
