WU Alumni meet in Chicago

July 2, 2008

University of Economics and Business Administration would like to stay in touch with its Alumni

Fellow expatriate graduates from the prestigious University of Economics and Business Administration (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, WU) want to stay in touch with each other. Five of WU’s graduates who are currently residing in the Chicago area met in June 2008 and strengthened their relationship with their ‘home university’. Hosting the gathering, Austrian Trade Commissioner Franz Roessler stated that the successful careers of the WU alumni in the U.S. is the perfect proof of the WU’s international competence in teaching cross-cultural skills and languages.

There should be more WU alumni residing in the US Midwest: The WU’s ALUMNI CLUB http://www.alumni.at/cont/start.aspx is still looking for alumni (graduates or former lecturers) currently residing in the U.S. The WU-ALUMNI Club would like to establish contact with its U.S. resident alumni and also organize future meetings in the U.S. If you are, or know a WU alumnus, please contact the Austrian Trade Commission in Chicago (Tel. 1 312 644 5556 or chicago@advantageaustria.org)
