We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing & Trade Analyst to join our Advantage Austria team in Sydney. This position with an international trade promotion agency is based in a prestigious CBD location that is convenient to public transport.

  • Market research / marketing activities
  • Liaising with companies and government agencies
  • Event management including budgeting & implementation
  • Organization and attendance of regional trade shows
  • Newsletter & Social Media coordination
  • Database maintenance (CRM)
  • Screening and making telephone calls
  • Office duties as required

Essential skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of the Australian economy and business environment
  • Superior multitasking and organisational abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Australia and abroad
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn | Facebook | Twitter and Microsoft applications (esp. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of German desirable

Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency or a long term working visa is essential.
