Take time for the 11th international "Käsiade" cheese competition

Compete with international cheese makers and dairy professionals and take time to refresh taste and contacts at the "Käsiade 2012" on 8th-10th November 2012.

The association of Cheese Makers and Dairy Professionals is organizing the 11th international cheese competition, the “Käsiade” from 8th to 10th November 2012 in Hopfgarten i. Brixental / Tyrol. The “Käsiade” is a competition between Austrian and international cheese makers and dairy professionals. The cheeses will be judged by an international jury.

This year butter is also included at the competition. Due to the fact that crud cheese, cream cheese and ricotta are so popular in human nutrition, the host wants to focus on this type of cheese.

The deadline for registration is 19th October 2012.
