200 Palfinger cranes for top British client

To celebrate a long and successful partnership with leading British civil engineering distributor, Burdens Ltd, Palfinger invited the management team to Austria to present them with a commemorative crane. It was the 200th Palfinger crane that Burdens added to their fleet of vehicles.

Burdens Ltd, the UK’s leading supplier of civil engineering and building materials, has been a Palfinger client since 1990 and has been fitting its trucks exclusively with Palfinger equipment for many years.

So in July 2008 Palfinger marketing chief, Wolfgang Pilz, and Mark Rigby, Director of T H White, Palfinger’s representative in the UK) invited high-ranking representatives from Burdens Ltd to celebrate the handover of the 200th Palfinger crane for their fleet, fresh from the factory floor.

Palfinger products come with advanced technical features, such as Integrated Stability Control (ISC) and easy-to-use radio remote control. But innovation and customer accessibility are additional factors that the team at Burdens have come to value so highly in the famous Austrian crane manufacturer. Palfinger is constantly developing its product range in accordance with market needs, devising new solutions for added safety and comfort and to facilitate day-to-day tasks. All helping to improve service levels from Burdens depots to construction sites across the UK and Ireland.
