Austria’s leading construction specialists flock to London

Meet leading sustainable building experts from Austria and discuss the latest trends in innovative, sustainable building design at a special networking reception the Austria Trade Commission.

Austria has a long and proud tradition of sustainable architecture and product design. It continues to be at the forefront of innovation in ecological construction. In the first week of March you have the opportunity to meet some of the leading lights from Austria in London.

At Ecobuild (from 3rd to 5th March) the Austrian Pavilion will be hosting a special exhibition of innovative Austrian architecture. Find out about the thinking and the technology behind 50 of the most cutting edge projects in Austria.

On Monday 2nd March the Austrian Trade Commission are hosting a reception for the architecture and building industry, to give experts from the UK and Austria the opportunity to exchange ideas over a glass of Austrian wine or beer. Guests include a special delegation over from Austria who are keen to discuss the latest trends and establish business contacts. The event will be attended by special VIP guests from Lower Austria, Dr. Petra Bohuslav, State Minister for the Economy, Tourism and Sport and Franz Kirnbauer, Head of Commerce Section of the Lower Austrian Economic Chamber, as well as Austrian national press representatives.
