World Sustainable Energy Days 2011, 2-4 March, Wels 100,000 visitors and 1,600 exhibitors expected

 In recent years the “World Sustainable Energy Days” in Upper Austria, has attracted experts and decision-makers from more than 90 countries and raised awareness for green energy and energy efficiency around the world. The 2011 World Sustainable Energy Days will take place from 2-4 March, and will display the latest technological trends.

The following events will take place during the World Sustainable Energy Days in Wels: 

· This year the European Pellet Conference and Workshop will take place with the title "Current developments on European and International Pellet Markets". Quality assurance in production, logistics and across the value chain as well as fuel and technology innovation are some of the topics for discussion.
· The International Conference on Solar Process Heat. This conference will deal with technology solutions, market reports and best practice examples of how to increase the market for solar process heat.
· Energy Efficiency Watch: Building Renovation: Attendees can expect to learn more about strategies and programmes from the public sector as well as from innovative examples of energy-efficient renovation of domestic, commercial and public buildings including social housing.

Trade Show
A trade show entitled “Energiesparmesse” will run at the same time as the conferences with 1,600 exhibitors and around 100,000 visitors expected.

Poster Presentations
Delegates can also attend poster presentations on successful energy efficiency projects and renewable energy sources.

Business to Business
There will be technical site visits and business-to-business meetings.
