In 1995, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the firm, an environment was created to make an event out of crystal for the first time: The Swarovski Crystal Worlds which together with the Swarovski Crystal Worlds stores in Innsbruck and Vienna, make up D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH.

As sparkling places of wonder they combine art, lifestyle and Austrian tradition with an internationally successful touristic model. Since their opening in 1995 the Swarovski Crystal Worlds have amazed more than 13 million visitors and thus qualify as one of the most visited tourist attractions in Austria.
