ZANTHO stands for fine Austrian wines of indigenous grape varieties and produced in a joint venture between star vintner Josef Umathum and Wolfgang Peck in Andau. Indigenous varieties such as Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Sankt Laurent and Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling and Muskat are very carefully cultivated in approx. 70 ha of vineyards.

Founded in 2002, the winery today offers a select range of Austrian red, white, sparkling and dessert wines, 50% of which are exported to more than 30 countries worldwide. The wines regularly win awards for their high quality. ZANTHO is IFS certified.
