In 1933, the Human Dynamics company began offering consulting services to public administrations. Soon after, their first international orders took them to the countries of the former Soviet Union and the CEE countries. When Austria joined the European Union, the company was able to participate in EU funded service tenders.

Today, Human Dynamics works for finance and economic ministries around the globe. Hulla & Co Human Dynamics currently have around 500 consultants in 50 countries. They mainly assist administrative agencies with the implementation of programmes for the EU. This field of application is extensive. The focus is not only on future EU member states, but also on Russia, Ukraine, Central Asia, since 2004 Africa and since 2006 Latin America and the Caribbean.
