Kazakhstan introduces duty on crude oil export


 Astana. April 8. "Kazakhstan Today" Kazakhstan introduced duty on crude oil export. Sum of duty is equal to USD109,91 per ton provided that world price is USD 714 per ton, which was formed on results of the first quarter of 2008.

The regulation will come into force in 30 days.
"The regulation draft provides an addition to the list of goods imposed by export duty – these are coke and bitumen. Export duty for these goods will be USD82.8 per ton" – Minister has explained.
