Hirsch Servo Group cooperates with the world's most important sea food company

Marine Harvest , the largest producer of farmed salmon, has chosen the Carinthian company as a partner for their fish farm located in Herøy, at the coast of Norway. In order to guarantee that fresh salmon can be utilized properly and in the most protective way Marine Harvest needs the salmon to be packaged as fast as possible. Hirsch Servo will provide the production plant where the transport boxes will be produced. The start-up company Bra Kassar of Herøy is in charge of the packaging process itself.

The volume of the order was not published by Hirsch Servo but the company will be working to capacity until August according to managing director Kurt Hirsch. By November 2011 the plant is supposed to be in full operation.

The Hirsch Servo Group is located in Carinthia in southern Austria and has production plants and activities worldwide. The export ratio amounts to 98%, main markets are the US, Canada, Brasilia, Europe, Northern Africa and South-West Asia.
