Unterweger Früchteküche GmbH is a family-run company based in Thal-Assling (East Tyrol). Traditional recipes have been used to produce preserves, jams, compotes, fruit syrups and other delicacies such as honey and fruit mixes. Since 1931 the specialities are constantly refined with new ideas.
The range is produced for retailers, resellers, caterers, the hotel industry, restaurants and other producers such as bakeries and patisseries. Special preserves and fruit mixes containing 45% to 70% fruit are made specifically for these producers. The high-quality products range from extra-smooth and extra-chunky preserves through to custom products which offer greater stability when baked.
