Sofia Airport Concession Contract Amendment signed

STRABAG is an Austria-based  construction company with a wide European network, that has been active in Bulgaria since 2002 in all main construction segments, such as transportation infrastructure, building and civil engineering as well as environmental technologies. Flagship projects in Bulgaria are EXPO 2000, MEGAPARK Sofia and the extension of Sofia Airport from 2003-2006.

STRABAG announces:

“In a consortium with Meridiam as well as in co-operation with the airport operator Munich Airport, STRABAG is looking forward to being a part of the future of Sofia Airport. Seven international and European financial institutions are supporting the project, including international public banks as well as major European banks: EBRD, IFC, BSTDB, Société Générale, Kommunalkredit, Unicredit. The EIB is also expected to join the group of lenders to support the project.
