Despite the deteriorating economic conditions most subsidiaries are not yet downsizing their operations. The prevailing mentality is “Wait and See” – let’s see what comes before making radical changes.
The availability of skilled labor and high prices for raw materials are challenging factors the for the companies. However, political stability, digitalization and good infrastructure contribute to the economic resilience.
