Teen Ystävät ry has been organizing open "Tea Walks" for the public to the tea shops around Helsinki since 2015. The groups tour the teas shops in the city centre of Helsinki and the shops have organized a program for the Tea Week.
This year, the Tea Week culminated on Saturday, 10.2.24. The Demmers Teehaus in Helsinki had chosen the theme of "The charming Vienna". In the small, cosy shop of Demmers Teehaus the tea lovers were offered a warm atmosphere, excellent tastes and the flair of Vienna along with the viennese music.
Kirsi Pullinen, managing director of the Demmers Teehaus Helsinki and her team once again created a great event, which brought out Vienna and its culture to the public. There was tea, delicious tastings made by Madame Marmelade, Viennese Leschanz chocolates in cute vintage boxes and other things typical to Vienna.
It is good to rember that "Everyone deserves a good tea."
