The TechBIZKON is a technology and engineering focused startup conference bringing industry leaders, relevant startups, investors and experts together. A concise format, selected participants and audience as well as a mix of on-stage and virtuell startup pitchings characterize TechBIZKON. Started in 2017 at the initiative of Advantage Austria Tokyo and the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan, the 2018 edition expanded to include Switzerland. On the Japanese side, the Tokyo based accelerator CREWW is the lead organizer.

Finding common roots in the strong engineering and manufacturing background, the participating four countries position themselves as entry points to Europe and Asia, respectively.

The topic for the 2018 edition is artificial intelligence. AI is at the core of all participating startups as well as the key-note speeches and panel discussion.
