Austria @ SusHi Tech Tokyo 2024

Austria is a powerful European startup hub, offering extensive support & funding, an investment-friendly tax system and a vibrant international entrepreneurial landscape. Austria's unicorns have attracted international attention and put it on the map for global investors. The high-profile startup event ViennaUp (3-9 June 2024) is a must-visit for international entrepreneurs and investors. It is the largest decentralised, community-driven startup festival in Central Europe. Austria benefits from its central location in the heart of Europe, acting as a bridge between numerous markets to the west (eg Germany, Switzerland, Italy) and east (eg Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia), all within an hour's drive. Its competitive edge in engineering has given rise to numerous technological niche players, often world leaders in their specific fields.
