The Energy Globe Award is now presented in 187 countries worldwide.
The "Energy Globe, the World Award for Sustainability" is the world's most important environmental award.
It has been held annually since 2000.
The best projects from each participating country are awarded annually with the national Energy Globe Award. All submissions automatically also take part in the international Energy Globe World Award.
All projects that contribute to improving the environmental situation can be submitted for the Energy Globe Award. The categories are the elements of life: earth, fire, air, water and youth, representing our future.
For the first time this year, a forward-looking database for all submitted projects, clearly structured according to topics and search terms, is being implemented. This now offers, in combination with a financing fund, also the possibility of financing and involvements if required.
