At the manufactory in the Waldviertel, a region located in the very north of Austria, DIE KÄSEMACHER are producing a variety of cheese and antipasti specialties according to longstanding tradition. Prior to delicate products is a careful manufacturing of the raw milk in accordance with nature. Specialising in products made from sheep's and goat's milk, the extensive range includes antipasti and cheese specialities as well as milk and yoghurt.
As far as the raw materials are concerned, DIE KÄSEMACHER insists on the best quality at all times, and throughout the production process, the Austrian company places particular value on careful handling of resources. The milk – most valuable raw material – comes from local sheep and goat farmers and is processed by hand by master cheesemakers to form the fine Waldviertel cheese specialties.
