Austria Showcase Wood Construction
Wood construction is booming in the Nordics. After many smaller projects, the first large-scale projects are on their way, especially in Denmark and southern Sweden. The interest of investors, developers, construction companies, engineering and architectural firms in timber construction is increasing. Many companies find inspiration in Austria to draw on the expertise and experience of Austrian companies or to cooperate with them.
In order to strengthen the presence of Austrian wood construction, Advantage Austria Nordics is organizing an Austria Showcase for established Austrian companies and those new to the market. Austrian companies will present their knowledge and skills in the field of timber construction to an exclusive audience. We will arrange individual B2B appointments (bilateral talks) in addition to presentations for the whole group. The aim is to highlight and address current and future market opportunities. Additionally, on the second day, we will take a closer look at best practice projects as well as sustainable Urban Development in Odense (region Funen). A couple of Austrian companies get the opportunity to present their project to a Danish and Swedish audience of construction companies, architects, engineers and building owners during this optional excursion.
