Trade Mission to Dimera
From Sunday, October 10th to Tuesday, October 12th 2021, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA in cooperation with Dimera Group organizes a Trade Mission of Austrian companies and their Greek representatives to Thessaloniki.
The goal of this trade mission is to offer top Austrian suppliers exclusive access and the opportunity for targeted one-on-one presentations and B2B talks with Dimera Group’s technical department. The two development projects in focus, i.e. the Porto Carras Resort in Chalkidiki and the Port of Thessaloniki, have a total combined investment volume of at least 480 million euros.
The event will be held within the scope of go-international, a joint initiative of the Austrian Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
Apart from the luxury resort Porto Carras in Chalkidiki and the port of Thessaloniki, Dimera Group, the company of Ivan Savvidis - according to Forbes one of the five richest and most influential Greek entrepreneurs - also holds shares in the emblematic city hotel Makedonia Palace, the TV channel Open TV, the daily newspaper Ethnos and the football club PAOK Thessaloniki, among others. The Dimera Group currently employs around 2,000 people in Greece and has an annual turnover of 300 million euros.
