SWARCO AG, an Austrian traffic technology corporation, has acquired 100% of the shares in the Irish family-owned business, Elmore Group. This acquisition, finalised on July 31, 2024, strengthens SWARCO’s presence in Ireland’s Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) sector.
The Elmore Group, founded in 1965, specialises in LED traffic lights and traffic control solutions. This move aims to enhance SWARCO’s service offerings and expand its footprint in the region.
