Florian Weitzer Hotels & Restaurants – the Weitzer family has successfully worked in the Austrian hotel industry for more than 100 years. The 5 hotels in Vienna and Graz are characterised by their unique city centre locations, high quality designs and special extras that are not to be found in average hotel concepts. The Grand Semmering near Vienna is the latest hotel project being planned and will be the 6th establishment of the owner-managed hotels.
Innovative culinary concepts are always important cornerstones of Florian Weitzer's business philosophy. For example, the Meissl & Schadn restaurants on Vienna's Ringstrasse and Getreidegasse in Salzburg represent all the classics of Austrian cuisine, both great and small.

The Meissl & Schadn restaurants celebrate Austrian cuisine par excellence: from Tafelspitz served directly from the trolley and Salzburger Nockerl, to the original Wiener Schnitzel of veal prepared in the unique show kitchen. It is entirely up to each guest whether they prefer their schnitzel to be fried in the finest butter, flavourful lard or neutral vegetable oil until golden brown. Nowhere else is Schnitzel Love lived with such devotion and attention to detail as in the Meissl & Schadn restaurants.
