Following a recent quality accreditation, cargo-partner has once again expanded the capabilities of its state-of-the-art warehouse in Roermond, emphasizing its specialized services in handling and storing dangerous goods.

With up to 7,000 m² of storage space, including a dedicated 3,000 m² area for dangerous goods, the Roermond warehouse is designed to meet the diverse needs of various industries. This facility is strategically located on the border with Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, offering excellent transport connections and serving as a vital consolidation hub for regional logistics operations.

Key features of the Roermond warehouse include a dedicated cross-docking area, continuous video surveillance, a CO₂ gas extinguishing system, and state-of-the-art fire safety equipment. These measures ensure the highest levels of safety and security for all stored goods, providing peace of mind to cargo-partner’s customers.

Expertise in hazardous cargo

One of the standout capabilities of the Roermond warehouse is its specialized handling and storage of dangerous goods. The facility can store hazardous materials in IBC containers, drums, and on pallets. It is specifically suited for dangerous goods classes 2, 3, 4.1, 6.1, 8, and 9 (excluding fluids and high-power lithium batteries).
