In Chennai, discussions and site visits highlighted India’s strong engineering and manufacturing capabilities. The engagements emphasized sustainability, adherence to global quality standards, and large-scale automotive production excellence, reflecting the city’s established position as a major automotive hub.

Pune showcased its manufacturing prowess through advanced automation, fast-paced plant development, and a clear focus on Industry 4.0 solutions. The interactions underscored the region’s dynamic growth and forward-looking approach to industrial innovation.

In New Delhi, the delegation engaged in strategic discussions centered on safety standards, research and development, certification processes, and the future of mobility. 

The engagements significantly reinforced the foundation of the India–Austria partnership, highlighting substantial opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and sustained long-term growth in the automotive sector.
