From June 1 to 3, company representatives from Austria, branch managers of Austrian companies and expats will discuss current economic topics and business development issues with leading industry experts from Uzbekistan. This is a unique chance to get first-hand information about the business opportunities in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.
The theme for this year’s conference will be: ‘Rising Star Uzbekistan: New Opportunities along the Silk Road’. Uzbekistan has become a main regional driving force by initiating significant transformations in recent years: changing foreign policy priorities, liberalizing economy, reforming state administration and developing its labor market. All these political and economic initiatives as well as the increasing complexity of the world market require Austrian companies to rethink their strategy and long-term goals in Central Asia.

Participation fee
The participation fee for AUSTRIA CONNECT Central Asia 2022 is EUR 300 per person. Registration is binding and will be billed by a separate payment notice after the event.
Cancelation Policy
For cancellations made after 15 May 2022, a 50 % cancellation fee will be charged. If you wish to cancel your participation, please send us an e-mail to almaty@advantageaustria.org.
Hotel booking
Special booking rates are available for participants of AUSTRIA CONNECT Central Asia 2022 at the conference hotel Hilton Hotel Tashkent City (subject to availability, on a first come first served basis).
Costs: UZS 1.500.000,- (EUR 120,-) per standard single room incl. breakfast.
