The purpose of this agreement is to develop academic and student mobility between the two universities. Both universities agreed to further strengthen their interaction within the international educational, scientific and cultural frame.
The honorary guests invited to the signing ceremony were the Ambassador of Austria to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Willy Kempel, the Commercial Counsellor of the Austrian Embassy in Kazakhstan, Mr. Clemens Machal and the Commerial Attaché of the Austrian Embassy in Kazakhstan, Ms. Lisa Kronreif.
The University of Applied Sciences IMC Krems was represented by the Founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Heinz Boyer, the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Karl Ennsfellner and the Head of International Relations, Ms. Iris Waringer. From the Kazakh-German University, the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Ms. Barbara Janusz-Pawletta and the Head of the Department for International Cooperation, Ms. Yelena Asmus took part in the signing of the agreement.
